Refund Policy

In cases, where the order is cancelled on any reason by the customer who avails service under the mobile app, no refund will be given and a 100% penalty shall be levied to the customer.Intellectual Property Rights. The design, trademarks, service marks, and logos of the Mobile App ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to the Company, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under laws of India. The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Mobile App. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Mobile App other than expressly permitted.

User Conduct

You may not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Mobile App in any medium
  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity
  • Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Mobile App,
  • Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Mobile App,
  • Using the Mobile App for any commercial solicitation purposes,
  • Interfering with the proper working of the Mobile App,

Third Party Content. Through the Mobile App, you will have the ability to access and/or use content provided by third parties. The Company cannot guarantee that such third party content will be free of material you may find objectionable or otherwise. The Company disclaims any responsibility or liability related to your access or use of any third party content. Privacy. For information about how the Company collects, uses, and shares your information, please review our Privacy Policy. You agree that, by using the Mobile App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing (link for privacy policy) of that information.

Disclaimers. By downloading Mobile App, you agree to use it at your own risk. Company will not be responsible for any mistakes, bugs, inconsistencies in colour or for any form of damage whatsoever whether financial, personal or otherwise. Limitation on Liability. Neither party will be liable for breach-of-contract damages that are remote or speculative, or that the breaching party could not reasonably have foreseen on entry into this agreement.
Indemnification. You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its collaborators, suppliers and licensors, and their officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any claim, proceeding, loss, damage, fine, penalty, interest, and expense (including, without limitation, fees for attorneys and other professional advisors) arising out of or in connection with

  • your use of the Mobile App
  • violation of Law
  • Your submission, posting, or transmission of user content to the Mobile App; or
  • Violation of the rights of a third party.
