Acceptance of Terms of Service

  • This is an agreement between 4C Building Envelopes and Heights LLP, Door No-13, 2nd Floor,Ceebros Arcade, 3rd Cross Road,Kasturibai Nagar, Adyar,Chennai-600020. ("Company"), the owner and operator of Paintapp (the "Mobile App"), and you ("you" or "You"), a user of the Mobile App.
  • PaintApp is a Mobile Application Platform that provides building exterior painting works, through it large base of rope access trained painters (‘Service’).
  • The use of this Mobile App by the User is solely governed by these Terms as well as the Privacy Policy, and any modifications or amendments made thereto by the Company, from time to time, at its sole discretion.
  • If You continue to access and use this Mobile App, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use and Our Privacy Policy.
  • The User expressly agrees and acknowledges that these Terms and Policy are co-terminus in nature, and that expiry/termination of either one will lead to the termination of the other.

Modification to Terms of Service

  • Right to Change Terms. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these Terms of Service ("Updated Terms") from time to time.
  • Notice of Updated Terms. Unless the Company makes a change for legal or administrative reasons, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice before the Updated Terms become effective. You agree that the Company may notify you of the Updated Terms by posting them on the Mobile App.
  • Acceptance of Updated Terms. Your use of the Mobile App after the effective date of the Updated Terms constitutes your agreement to the Updated Terms.
  • You should review these Terms of Service and any Updated Terms before using the Mobile App.
    Effective Date of Updated Terms. The Updated Terms will be effective as of the time of posting, or such later date as may be specified in the Updated Terms, and will apply to your use of the Mobile App from that point forward.

Your Account:

Account Creation. Users must register to avail the Company’s services by providing certain information, which includes, but is not limited to, the following: Name, Phone Number, Email Id, GPS location, Payment Information as per the Company’s preferred payment gateway provider (such as credit card, debit card, net banking information), Location, etc. At any time during your use of this Mobile App, including but not limited to the time of registration, you are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your username and password, and any activity under your registered account shall be deemed to have been done by you. In the case that you provide us with false and/or inaccurate details or the Company has reasons to believe you have done so, Company hold the right to permanently suspend Your account.

Liability for Account Misuse. The Company will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. You could be held liable for losses incurred by the Company or another party due to someone else using your account or password.

Paid Services

Fees. The Company may at any time charge fees for access to the Mobile App. However, in no event will you be charged for access to the Mobile App without your prior agreement, and you may cancel your account at any time. Any fees will be posted prominently on the Mobile App and in other appropriate locations on the Mobile App. Rates. You will pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period when they are incurred. You will be billed for and pay all fees and charges, along with all applicable taxes, relating to your use of the Service through your account with Mobile App.

Payment Methods

The Users acknowledge that one or more of the following modes of payment shall be accepted on the Mobile App:

  • Through credit/debit cards
  • Through internet banking
  • The User/s acknowledge that a minimum of one of the above payment methods shall be offered on the Mobile App.
  • The Users are solely responsible for the genuineness of credentials and payment information provided on the Mobile App and the Mobile App shall not be liable for any consequences, direct or indirect, resulting from the provision of incorrect or untrue credentials or payment information by any Users.
  • Further, the Mobile App does not bear any liability for any activities, breaches, discrepancies or technical problems experienced by the Users whilst using any third-party payment gateway to make payments.
  • The relationship between the Users and third-party payment gateway shall be governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the said payment gateway, and the Mobile App shall not be associated with any dispute arising therefrom.
